We ordinarily admit students at the beginning of the academic year.
Admission is open to all. Generally, admission is given only in classes K.G. and Preparatory. For other classes admission will be considered based only on availability of seat.
For admission to K.G., a child must be of age in between 3½ and 4½ years and for Preparatory class in between 4½ and 5½ years in April. Birth Certificate is required at the time of registration.
Once a child is admitted, no change/alteration will be allowed in the name of the child or parents and date of birth.
Transfer Certificate [T. C.] should be submitted at the time of admission for Class II and above. The T. C. must have signature of the regular Principal/Vice Principal of the previous school and it should be counter signed by an officer not below the rank of District Inspector of Schools/Education Officer/Deputy Director of Education of the Education Department of the State/Union Territory concerned. In case of a student migrating from another CBSE affiliated School, the T. C. issued by the previous school may have the counter signature of the Regional Officer of the Board or the Asst. Commissioner of the KVS or the Deputy Director, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti in India or an officer of the Board at the Head Quarters and, by the First Secretary/Cultural or an equivalent officer of the Embassy/High Commissioner of India in the concerned country in respect of students studying in an affiliated school of the CBSE situated outside the country. Admission shall not be granted without such a counter signature.
Admission and other Annual/General fee will have to be paid along with the first monthly installment of Tuition Fees. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Transfer Certificate will be issued on a written request from the parent or Guardian after setting all the dues of the School. One month's notice or one month's fee in advance will have to be given for issue of Transfer Certificate.
Students joining in mid-session will have to pay fee for the whole session.
